Problem Statement
 Currently, in an industry to turn on and turn off industrial appliances a
person has to visit a location containing a control panel of the appliances.
This type of control of industrial appliances is called manual control. By
using this type of control, it is impossible to get immediate access to
industrial appliances to turn off and turn on the industrial appliances. The
conventional method of controlling load is very time-consuming and
expensive. But in the proposed system, being in one place person will get
immediate access to industrial appliances. That's why Iot Based Industry
Automation is proposed.

There are three main important parts in this project NODMCU, Cloud Client,
and Arduino. First, convert 220V to step down 12V using then convert 12 V AC
to 12V DC. After conversion using a filter circuit to filter all ac parts from the
output then using a 5V regulator we minimize the voltage to 5V for use of
Arduino Uno. Connect the relay channel to Arduino then connects the load to
the relay channel we power load from 220 V AC. Then connect NODMCU to
Arduino. NODMCU which acts like a Server and client is any device that is
connected to the cloud. Arduino acts as a control to turn off and turn on the
load. For turning on the load, we make requests from clients on the cloud. Then
this request is read by NODMCU which is our server then this request sends to
Arduino using the serial communication technique. Arduino read a sending
command to execute the load on or load off. Arduino gives high voltage to relay
which is connected to the load than our load on. The state of load whether it is
on or off is displayed on LED.

The entire work is expected to be completed before 5-June 2023. Schedule is
shown in fig.

Conclusion
Summary:
In industry, the industrial appliances are important which industrial appliance
is turned on at which time and which appliance is turned off at which time is
the most important process in the industry. If the industrial appliance is not
turned on at the proper time it may cause major damage to the industry. It
will also decrease the efficiency of any industry. The major goal is to use IoT
technology to automate industrial appliances. These industrial appliances are
interfaced with an Arduino for this. With the use of IoT technology and the
HTTP protocol, the control system of industrial appliances may be
transmitted over Wi-Fi and accessible from any location in the globe using
the internet. This aids in controlling loads without reliance on people.

Conclusion
The Engineer and Society:
This evolution is significantly influenced by the internet-based automation of
industrial loads with the IoT platform. The IoT is a physical device network
system that enables physical items to connect and exchange information with
the cloud. The embedded computing system enables each object to be
uniquely identifiable, but it can only communicate with other objects that are
part of the same internal infrastructure. The Internet of Things (IoT) enables
the control of industrial appliances that may be turned on and turned off on
the need of the process. The load is the key part of this project. Every load in
the industry may be turned on and turned off immediately without wasting
any time.

Conclusion
Environment and Sustainability:
To evaluate the efficiency and performance of this device, it is necessary to
take into account the currently available local option of industrial load
control, which ideally would involve having the control team visit the place at
an industrial load placed to control the load. However, this system is also
capable of collecting information from the internet to a web server to
automate load that is also reachable through any device like mobile and
laptop. This indicates that there is no need to visit the site containing the
load to control it. This will reduce the amount of money that the industry has
to pay to hire a control team to control the industry load.

Conclusion
Life Long Learning:
IoT involves bringing the digital and physical worlds together through the use
of communication devices and actuators. The physical industrial loads or
relevant surroundings are automated using communication devices. Then,
using a variety of communication devices, these loads can be automated
using the main server or cloud. The loads are accessible online from any
location in the world. The primary goal of IoT technology is to control
devices. IoT-based controlling is therefore favored over manual controlling.
Any load of the industry is easily controllable and trackable. This will make it
easier to control industrial load in time of need.

Conclusion
The main purpose of the project is to build an Internet of Things Based
Automation System that can control the industrial load. After the device was
finished, the system underwent successful testing. In other words, the device
sends a command from the web server cloud, and this command proceeds
further by Arduino to control the industrial load. There were several
difficulties even though the system was successfully built. The frequent use
of prefabricated Arduino for projects like this that need particular capabilities
causes more complexity and quantity of hardware components required to
carry out a straightforward idea.
