A look at the top digital trends from the latter part of 2011. From personalized products and m-commerce to luxury brands pulling back the curtain, these are things to keep on the radar in 2012.
Leggings have become one of the most popular fashion trends over the past few years, seen everywhere and discussed frequently. While some see leggings as versatile and comfortable, others argue they are revealing and make certain body parts look unflattering. Supporters counter that leggings come in many styles, sizes, and colors to suit all people, and can be flattering when paired with the right top. The trend shows no signs of ending soon despite some predicting its demise, as leggings remain a staple for workouts, lounging, and casual everyday wear.
1) The fashion industry is facing disruption from within as major brands like Tom Ford and Christopher Bailey move to a model of "see now, buy now", making collections immediately available rather than six months later.
2) Traditionally, fashion shows were intended for industry insiders, but are now becoming bigger publicity events using celebrities and online streaming.
3) Digital platforms and social media are becoming more important in driving sales, allowing consumers to covet and purchase items immediately rather than months later. This will force fast fashion brands to adapt.
During the 1970s, the furniture and interior decoration were expressed in filthy forms where wealth was king and money seemed to flow like water. However, everything was changed with the arrival of credit crunch and banking crisis.
The document discusses trends in digital marketing and fashion platforms. It notes that brands often adopt new platforms without understanding their full reach and impact. It emphasizes the importance of creating useful, branded content and having a creative social media strategy beyond just profiles. Fashion e-commerce, branding vs conversion? Decoded Fashion London 2015Fabrique
In fashion, perhaps more than anywhere else, branding is everything. Many fashion brands have spent decades building up a unique but delicate brand image: they often rely on staying enigmatic, using aspirational photography and inspired physical stores to differentiate. In an increasingly online world, this imposes a problem.
In this roundtable at Decoded Fashion London 2015, Strategy director and Partner at Fabrique, Pieter Jongerius will bring together the worlds of fashion, touchpoint strategy and e-commerce design. Afterwards, you will have learnt a very concrete approach to obtaining success in fashion e-commerce, illustrated with recent best practices.

Leggings became very popular again in 2005 and have continued to be widely worn since. They are made of stretchy fabrics like cotton, spandex, and nylon in many colors and patterns, making them a comfortable and stylish choice for women. Cardigans are a classic piece of clothing that are always in style. Experimenting with different styles, like oversized or wrap cardigans, can help keep your collection fresh. A fashion show was scheduled to take place at a cafe in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on May 15th from 3-7:30pm.
Levi Strauss & Co. introduced the Levi's Commuter Trucker Jacket with Jacquard technology in 2017 to address declining sales due to a lack of new trends. The jacket allows users to interact with their smartphone from their sleeve using Jacquard technology. Chip Bergh, the CEO, collaborated with Google's Jacquard project to create this innovative product. Sales forecasts projected the jacket would boost sales by appealing to urban cyclists and those wanting to reduce smartphone usage, though its longevity as a trend was uncertain.
Wearable technology refers to incorporating computer and electronic technologies into clothing and accessories. Smart garments can respond to body movement through integrated textiles and technology to provide new solutions for healthcare and social issues. Key drivers of wearable technology growth include faster, smaller, and cheaper hardware, as well as cloud storage and data. Examples discussed include Google Glass, Drum Pants 2.0 that turn the body into a music instrument, and future smart clothes that can change color, charge other devices, and control temperature. The future of wearable technology is predicted to involve technology becoming a "second skin" through skin-embedded technologies, 3D printed biological materials, and garments that respond to the environment with head-to-toe

Fashion illustration was traditionally done later in the design process after designs were finalized, but modern technology has revived and essentialized fashion illustration. Fashion CAD software like Storyboard Creator allows designers to quickly and easily change garment designs, experimenting with shapes, lengths, fabrics and colors early in the process to develop collections. Key benefits include being able to refine ideas and get creative juices flowing. Designers can now scan in real fabrics or choose from digital fabric libraries to better convey what manufactured garments will look like compared to traditional illustrations.
Every child between the ages of eight and eighteen seems to be familiar with the stories of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Frodo the Hobbit and his adventure across Middle Earth in The Lord of the Rings and the stories of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. From the dawn of time, gemstones and jewels have become a part of human culture.
Fashion may pretend that there aren’t two sides of the same coin when it comes to development, diversity and structural problems, but they are if the reality is seen. Exclusion is at the core of the industry’s problems. And an emphasis on profiting from individuals without humanising them might result in out-of-touch corporations being steadily cut off from their prized wealth.

How to Fix the Import Error in the Odoo 17Celine George
An import error occurs when a program fails to import a module or library, disrupting its execution. In languages like Python, this issue arises when the specified module cannot be found or accessed, hindering the program's functionality. Resolving import errors is crucial for maintaining smooth software operation and uninterrupted development processes.
1. FUTURE OF FASHION BY – RIDDHIMA
Fashion is evolving, perhaps at a rate much faster than any of us could ever anticipate
before. We always go back in the past for inspiration to create something for the
future. We have seen trends like Mary Quant’s hot pants and mini-skirtsor Madonna’s
iconic boy-toy look revival on runways or space influenced designs by designers like
Paco Rabanne, Iris Van Herpen but have you ever wondered what are we going to shop
for the next decade or post that?
WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY
We are all familiar with Fitbit and iWatch and the convenience it provides on our
fingertips. We have Google glass too but not that popular. Definitely these products
are not chic and sometimes not so feminine like Samsung Smartwatch. But the brands
have started to address these issues and brought them mainstream by giving it a
fashionable edge.
Fitbit has already launched its Luxe collection in which the watch itself can be
converted to a bangle or a pendant. How does that sound?
2. iWatch, we have already seen it in vivid color range, has become a part of everyone’s
wardrobe essential.
COLOR CHANGING CLOTHES
Remember the Hypercolor clothing line of the 80s where the t-shirts use to change its
color with heat. Although it was a one-hit-wonder, what if with better technology it is
easier to change the color of a white dress to black if something is spilled over at a
party? Well, it doesn’t seem a distant dream anymore.
· Lacoste came up with a short fantastic film called “Polo of the future” in December
2012 celebrating its 80th anniversary giving a glimpse of how intelligent threads can
work and how the surface can be so dynamic.
· Google Project Jacquard is already working on touch-sensitive and interactive
clothing and maybe with just one touch you can have multiple colors in the same style.
DEFINITELY SPENDING MORE ON LESS
The entire fashion fraternity is now increasingly becoming aware of the harmful effects
of fast-fashion and the advancement of sustainable fashion. The Consumerist market
has shown a sharp decline in the past couple of years and people are willing to spend
3. extra on designs that have a longer shelf value and multiple uses. Quality will be
preferred over quantity.
CUSTOMIZED CLOTHING
Personalisation is no more restricted to couture pieces. Somany companies these days
allows you to create your own ready-to-wear designs online according to your body
shape and sizes. You can get a shirt, trousers, jumpsuit, dress, etc. customized
according to your size, height and choice.
ELECTRICAL CLOTHING
Keeping your phone in the jacket can charge its battery. Sounds invalid? It’s already
been done. Phone charging jackets and accessories have been out in the markets for
a while.
Tommy Hilfiger along with thesolar manufacturer Pvilion has launched a pair of jackets
that can charge your phone 4 times once fully charged
Too much has already happened right! And this I am talking about December, 2014.
4. SHAPESHIFTERS
As dramatic this word sounds, more dramatic is going to be its explanation. Imagine
an A-line dress converting into a body con dress and maybe a crop top with a band. It
would definitely have some fairly complicated science and maybe not in the near
future but definitely, in the later years, this is going to happen. One design serving
multiple occasions is already a demand noted.
Designer BehnazFarahi’s 3-D printed vest that can say “back off” without ever uttering
a word thanks to eye-tracking controlled movement.
Nothing seems impossible anymore. A single design can measure your heart rate,
control your mobile phone, charge your gadgets, change color or silhouette and still
be eco-friendly. In the future, we will be surprised just how little once clothes did for
us.
