The document discusses Samuel Huntington's theory of the "Clash of Civilizations" and proposes an alternative framework called the "Smart World Revolution". It argues that after the Cold War, cultural and religious identities rather than ideology will be the primary sources of global conflict. However, it claims the main division is not between the West and non-West but between civilizations at different levels of innovation and governance ("smartness"). The Smart World Revolution aims to establish a universal civilization and intelligent governance systems to stop conflicts and achieve prosperity for all. Currently, the world faces many crises like economic crisis, political crisis, and ecological crisis due to poor global governance.

The document discusses encyclopedic intelligence and the development of an "I-World". It describes a hierarchy with the world at the top, consisting of nature, mind, society, technology, and intelligent systems. It discusses computing the world through big data and the need for comprehensive world models and causal knowledge. The document also describes reversible causality and how all processes act in both forward and reverse, driving the complexity and dynamics of the world.
Smart Revolutions in XXI Century: the Creative Destruction of the WorldAzamat Abdoullaev
The document discusses the concept of "smart revolutions" as an alternative to social revolts for enacting change in the 21st century. It argues that smart revolutions apply revolutionary innovations and smart growth strategies to intellectualize continents, countries, cities and communities. The key aspects of smart revolutions are that they replace political governments with intelligent governance systems worldwide and implement a smart world agenda aiming for sustained prosperity for all. It presents smart revolutions, disruptive innovations, and an "Encyclopedic Intelligence" platform as ways to revolutionize human life, business, and the global economy over the next decade through massive transformations.
- The document discusses a new hybrid approach to market research called "Quali-quant", which uses quantitative surveys to generate qualitative insights.
- Online surveys allow for more open-ended responses than traditional phone or in-person surveys, encouraging richer commentary from respondents. Details from open-text responses can provide meaningful qualitative insights.
- The author gives an example of insightful feedback received from an online newspaper reader panel, showing how qualitative-type understanding can come from quantitative research.
This 3 part document discusses various topics but provides no details. Part A addresses an unknown subject. Part B examines an unstated issue. Part C considers an unidentified matter but reveals no information.
The Pachelbel Canon is a classical piece of music written by German composer Johann Pachelbel in the Baroque period. It is one of Pachelbel's most famous compositions and is known for its simple yet memorable melody featuring a three-note motif repeated throughout the piece in the same rhythm. The Canon has become one of the most frequently performed baroque pieces in the world and is often used in popular culture.
The document summarizes three studies on the psychological impact of relinquishment for adoption:
1) A study of birthmothers from 1965-1972 found that relinquishment was a traumatic event for 99% and 97% felt misled about the effects. 94% received inadequate counseling. Secrecy also had profound negative effects.
2) A study of 20 Australian women found very high rates of pathological grief that had not resolved years later, along with high depression and psychosomatic symptoms. Factors hindering resolution of grief are discussed.
3) An article examines how some pro-adoption groups have misrepresented a 1986 study to claim that separation benefits mothers and children, when the actual study does not support this claim

What will happen to Russia after Putin? National project Russia XXI: Smart Ru...Azamat Abdoullaev
This document proposes a nationwide project called "Russia 21" or "New Russia 2018-2030" to transition Russia to a "smart" and sustainable development path after Vladimir Putin's presidency. It outlines scenarios for Russia's future, including both "bad development" scenarios involving stagnation or conflict, and "smart development" scenarios involving democratic reforms and establishing an innovative knowledge-based economy. The project aims to create an "Intellectual Russia" by developing smart eco-regions and cities through new technologies and management strategies to improve quality of life. Key goals include establishing a green economy, achieving social and economic unity, and positioning Russia as a global leader in areas like education, innovation and space technology.
Who pioneered Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growthAzamat Abdoullaev
Dr. Azamat Abdoullaev proposed a strategy called "Smart Intelligent Europe" to the European Commission in 2009 to promote smart, sustainable, and inclusive growth. In 2010, the European Commission adopted Abdoullaev's ideas as their Europe 2020 strategy. The Europe 2020 strategy set targets in employment, research and development spending, climate change and energy, education, and reducing poverty. However, the European Commission did not recognize Abdoullaev's authorship or provide him financial benefit for creating the strategy that they implemented. Abdoullaev can take action against the European Commission and Council at the Court of Justice of the European Union for infringement of his intellectual property rights.
21st century cities: smart cities in India, or how to develop future citiesAzamat Abdoullaev
The success or failure in meeting the world’s most pressing challenges will be decided in cities, which are reaching a tipping point on many issues:
poor governance and weak institutions (#1 perceived impediment to prosperity);
inadequate infrastructure (US$78tn of investments needed over the next 10 years);
rising inequality (1bn living in poverty in cities, 75% of cities worse off than 20 years ago; housing (881mn living in slums, 1bn new homes needed in cities);
crime (top concern for citizens); environmental challenges (cities occupy 2-3% of land mass but account for 75% of natural resource use and emissions, 70% are already dealing with the effects of climate change);
and new and pervasive risks (terrorism, higher securitisation, disease and pandemics) (source: UN-Habitat, UN, World Bank); 21st Century Cities: Global Smart Cities Primer, Bank of America, ML, 2017].
Physics X.0: Nobel prizes, Universal Principle, Mathematics of NatureAzamat Abdoullaev
We review Physical Science by formulating the universal principle of reversibility in terms of force, convertibility, unity, and mathematics of relationship.
The Reversibility Principle is advanced as the essential construct of nature integrating the basic natural phenomena and bringing forth a single strategy of physical science for the future Nobel Prize discoveries.
It produces a systematic modelling of diverse physical forces and energies, processes and phenomena to predict the ac-tions of physical forces and effects, to discover and exhibit natural relationships.
The fundamentality of discovery implies if there is the Faraday effect, Lorentz-Zeeman effects, Doppler effect, Einstein’s photoelectric effect, Compton effect, Cherenkov effect, Mössbauer effect, Hall effects…., there MUST be the Inverse Faraday effect, Lorentz-Zeeman effects, Doppler effect, Einstein’s photoelectric effect, Compton effect, Cherenkov effect, Mössbauer effect, Hall effects,…, by LAW, of Reversibility of Effects and Convertibility of Forces and Energies.

On the First Principles and Laws in Physical Science: Force-Relations, Convertibility, and Reversibility
The Nobel Prize in Physics has been awarded 109 times to 201 Nobel Laureates between 1901 and 2015, according to the Nobel Foundation. The key achievements lie in the serendipitous and intuitive and ingenious discovering of empirical physical laws and effects, as the Einstein’s law of photoelectric effect, the Compton effect, the Cherenkov effect, the Mössbauer effect, the Hall effects and others, enriched with new discoveries of subatomic entities, symmetry principles, conservation laws and unified force fields theories.
The formulated Principle of Process Reversal and its Convertibility Laws enable the description of diverse physical processes and phenomena and the prediction of actions of physical forces and effects in the systematic and consistent ways without having to consider the details of the courses of physical processes and systems.
It is shown that the Principle of Process Reversal combines all the key attribute of universal laws of nature: asserts the interdependence between varying quantities of physical properties; states that physical events occur in an invariant order; supports cause and effect relationships, and states a constant regularity in the relations or order of physical phenomena in the world, embracing the empirical regularities of numerous physical effects.
Above everything, the Reversibility Law implies that if there is some physical effect in nature, there must be its inverse, converse or reversed action, otherwise it is not a real effect. Or, if there is the Doppler effect, there must be the Inverse Doppler effect by LAW, the Law of Reversibility.

22 JULY 2014
Adjoin Future Cities Investment Program Global Competition!
http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/smart-city-global-initiative ; http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/future-city-commitment
To become intelligent, green and inclusive is the future of any modern city and community. Smart cities, strategies and technologies, are
generating interest globally to address the contemporary urban problems: rapid urbanization, stressed city finances, aging infrastructure,
rising energy costs, global warming, bad ecology, and competition for global investment and skilled labor, urban poverty, social exclusion
and spatial marginalization.
The Smart City “X” Global Initiative aims to build a new city or to transform any modern city as environmentally sustainable, inter-
connected, instrumented, innovative, and integrated, regionally and globally attractive for businesses, citizens, visitors and investors.
Considering the 21st century will be a century of cities, most global investment and public funding will go for innovative city projects.
SMART CITY is to be managed by its urban brains, an intelligent city cloud platform, managing its resources, assets, processes and systems:
Urban Land and Environment, Roads and Transportation, Energy networks and Utilities, ICT networks and fiber telecom infrastructure, Public
and residential buildings, Natural Resources, Water and Waste management, Social infrastructure, Health and safety, Education and
culture, Public administration and services, Communities and Businesses.

2. THE CENTURY OF SMART AND SUSTAINABLE CITIES
The future of our world is decided by the quality of its future cities.
Globally, there are about 700 cities, each with population exceeding 500,000
The top 25 cities of the world today account for half of the world’s wealth.
The infrastructure investment for the cities is forecast to be $30 trillion to $40 trillion,
cumulatively, over the next 20 years.
It’s projected that over 40 global cities will come as Smart Cities by the year 2020.
On the top, the United Nations expects almost doubling of urban population by 2050
The global population will increase from 7 billion to 9 billion.
The 21st Century is to become the century of smart cities
There are no examples to date of cities with fully integrated, strategically designed
comprehensive Smart City development programs
The Smart Cities Global Initiative is to advance the most ambitious and comprehensive Smart
City development strategies to systematically improve urban land and environment, physical
and social infrastructures, quality of life and well-being, resilience and sustainability, innovation
and creativity, economy and competitiveness, governance and management.

3. SMART CITY GLOBAL COMPETITION
The question of who is to lead the future cities market is getting a global meaning as far as global competitors are actively pursuing large Smart City
programs as part of smart revolutions: http:// www.slideshare.net/ashabook/smart-revolution
In its Five-Year National Planning, China’s future “smart cities” are to become a main driver of its urbanization process, with 2 trillion yuan ($322 billion)
to be allocated to more than 600 cities nationwide.
http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/smart-china
China’s going for “the business as usual” approach consisting in requesting the fragmented services from the increasing army of urban planners and
architects, operators and exporters of smart city technologies, products and services, which SMART City “X” should avoid: Following the India Vision
2020, the nation is embarking on an ambitious $90 billion two-phase industrial program to build new industrial cities as smart, sustainable cities of the
future, along a territorial corridor, spanning six states, connecting two capitals, Delhi and Mumbai, and affecting 14% of India’s population.
Conceptualized with the Government of Japan, the DMIC program master plan is mostly focusing on deploying next generation technologies and
road/rail/air connectivity and infrastructure linkages, with 24 economic nodes, investment regions and industrial areas. The goal is to expand
national manufacturing and services base, becoming a "Global Manufacturing and Trading Hub”, minimizing green growth and social development
programs.
The Japanese Government created a “FutureCity” with a goal to “construct sustainable cities with superior environmental technologies, core
infrastructure and resilience all over the world…to advance the “Future City” model of urban planning with state-of-the-art environmental sustainability,
strong disaster resilience and superb livability”. http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/smart-japan
The European Union has embarked on a long-term strategy for a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. There are more than 100 000 cities, towns
and communities in EU, with a fierce competition for resources, local, regional and global, and public and private capital. Only innovative cities, towns
and communities with innovative public projects will have a strong competitive advantage.
http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/urban-europe
The European Commission established a European Innovation Partnership (EIP) on Smart Cities and Communities.

Russia’s expenses just for its intelligent model community (Skolkovo Innovation Center) might exceed $15 billion, not mentioning it’s planned
multibillion infrastructure projects. http://www.slideshare.net/ashabook/sustainable-russia
Again, following the mega trend of smart global urbanization, the UK Government organized the Smart Cities Forum coordinated by Technology Strategy
Board, with very useful initiative of the Future Cities Demonstrator competition:

4. SMART CITIES GLOBAL INITIATIVE:
KEY MOTIVATION
The Smart Cities Global Initiative is meeting an increasing concern of multitude of narrow technical visions,
models and approaches, when on many occasions, “the push towards smart cities is being led by the wrong
people – technology companies with naïve visions and short term commercial goals; while the architects,
planners and scientists… often struggle to share their specific knowledge” (Townsend, “Smart Cities”).
That short-sighted trend is to be remedied by the European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and
Communities (EIP-SCC) bringing together cities, industry and citizens to improve urban life through more
sustainable integrated solutions (see an Invitation for Commitments, http://www.eu-smartcities.eu/ ).
The Smart City “X” Global Initiative is to re/integrate all the sustainable city dimensions, Smart
Transportation and Sustainable Mobility, Smart and Green Energy, Intelligent ICT, as well as Smart Water,
Smart Waste, Smart Governance, Smart People, Smart Safety and Security, Smart Living, Smart Economy
and Smart Environment.
The Global Initiative is innovating a global vision, single strategy, and integrated urban planning (creating
and following new regulations and standards for land use and zoning, ecology, transportation, roads and
streets, housing, sanitation, water supply, sewage, public spaces, public health conditions, education,
security and other social services).
The Fortunes of Cities Will be Decided by the Strategies They Adopt.
The Smart Cities of the Future are strategic leverage mechanisms for sustainable national recovery and
global sustainability.

5. SMART CITIES GLOBAL INITIATIVE:
BENEFITS AND PROSPECTS
The Smart Cities “X” Global Initiative is designed for “X” megacities, municipalities or communities, from
Adelaide to London to Moscow to Peking to Washington, or brand new cities, all who are after a unified smart
community development strategy and holistic sustainable planning, unifying all the city systems, services,
operations, activities, departments and agencies as a sustainable smart urban ecosystem.
The Smart City “X” Consortium will provide intelligent property investment to selected urban entities through
strategic advice, as well as sustainable city exclusive education and training. It is planned that the EIP
Platform Stakeholders will constitute a core of the Consortium.
Successful applications are to provide evidence that the municipality or community has potential capacity to
tap the intelligent resources offered through the Smart Cities Global Initiative, that its transformation to a
smart city has a strong leadership and that the city has strong intentions to invest intelligent and financial
capital into smart and sustainable urban development
A City’s Universities will be assisted to lay out Masters and PhD programs and courses in smart cities, online
and offline.
A City Hall will be assisted with exclusive Smart City seminars for city councils and all the key stakeholders
and industrial partners.
In addition, a City’s Developers will be assisted with modeling and planning the economy-sized sustainable
property development projects.
