Ronald Lipscomb, currently the general manager of the Chesapeake Regional Center of the U.S. EB-5 Visa Program, has held a number of executive positions in the construction and real estate industries during the course of his career. 2.  Ronald Lipscomb, currently the general manager of
the Chesapeake Regional Center of the U.S. EB-5 Visa
Program, has held a number of executive positions in
the construction and real estate industries during the
course of his career. Prior to embarking in business,
Ronald Lipscomb studied civil engineering at the
University of Minnesota.
The University of Minnesota College of Science and
Engineering ranks among the nation’s top
engineering schools and is also home to the
prestigious Bell Museum of Natural History.
Meaningful research with social applications is at the
core of the museum’s mission.

3.  Located on the university’s Minneapolis campus, the
Bell Museum brings together graduate students and
researchers to showcase their research exhibits twice
a month in its “Saturday with a Scientist” program.
Through family-friendly exhibits, researchers show
how advanced research can solve real-world
problems. Past activities include rides on a specially
designed hovercraft, flower and beehive dissections,
lectures involving live animals and insects, and much
more. Each event is held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on
