Editor's Notes

  • #52 Introduction (or review) of the IC3 certification and what it is. Briefly discuss the three modules and then what is meant by hierarchical structure. This will be seen during the discussion of the Benchmark screens but can be introduced here when discussing the types of skill sets required and the purpose of the IC3 certification.
  • #64 Materials in the IR are customizable to suit your courses and teaching style.
  • #65 Let’s look at an example of how you can use the tools to help you set up and prepare for the class.
  • #66 With the Benchmark and Mentor tool, you can check on the progress of your students’ knowledge skills for pre-knowledge as well as progress after using Mentor to assess the learning skills after going through the learning tools on their own.
  • #67 List what the student kit contains for each student. The exam vouchers for the three IC3 exams are associated with each student, so if a student should fail any exam, they are automatically issued a voucher to retake that exam.
