It’s that little mastermind behind all of our electronics, plotting its way to take over the world. No, we’re not talking about Pinky and the Brain here, but the integrated circuit, or IC! These little black chips are filled with much mystery, but what kind of powers do they hold? That’s what we will find out on our blog today.

IBDP Group 4 Project Chemistry:Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (HFS Powai) [Update...Ninad Patil
We made a solar cell for the chemistry segment of our group four project, in which four sciences( Physics, Biology, Chemistry and ESS) investigate an umbrella topic, which for us was 'Solar Power'. Special thanks to Shyam sir( Our school lab manager), Hritika mam( Our chemistry teacher) and IIT Metallurgy and Material Science department ( They donated FTO glass for our project). This could not have been possible without the guidance from the students and the head of the Material science department.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

JMeter webinar - integration with InfluxDB and GrafanaRTTS
Watch this recorded webinar about real-time monitoring of application performance. See how to integrate Apache JMeter, the open-source leader in performance testing, with InfluxDB, the open-source time-series database, and Grafana, the open-source analytics and visualization application.
In this webinar, we will review the benefits of leveraging InfluxDB and Grafana when executing load tests and demonstrate how these tools are used to visualize performance metrics.
Length: 30 minutes
Session Overview
-------------------------------------------
During this webinar, we will cover the following topics while demonstrating the integrations of JMeter, InfluxDB and Grafana:
- What out-of-the-box solutions are available for real-time monitoring JMeter tests?
- What are the benefits of integrating InfluxDB and Grafana into the load testing stack?
- Which features are provided by Grafana?
- Demonstration of InfluxDB and Grafana using a practice web application

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

3. What is a fruit cell? What is a fruit cell?
A fruit cell is a cell which produces
electricity through citric acid.
It is basically made with citrus fruits.
4. How is a fruit cellHow is a fruit cell
made?made?
To make a fruit cell we require…
Some citrus fruits
Cu and Zn plates
Alligator clips
Connecting wires
LEDs
5. So now we have gathered all the
items lets get started……..
Two incisions are made in the fruits
to insert the copper and the zinc
plate in the fruits
6. • The copper and the zinc plates are
slotted in the fruit.
• Two fruits or more are connected
in series because the battery power
is weak in one fruit.
• Now lets connect the plates using
the alligator clips.
7. Once the alligator clips are
connected to all the plates. Let’s
connect the wires with the LED.
Once the setup is completed it
results in the glowing of the LED.
9. When the metal touches the acid
electrons flow around the circuit
to the copper electrode, here
copper ions are attracted to the
negative electrons and when they
meet they are neutralised forming
copper metal.
10. Because Zinc is more reactive than
copper, this whole process releases
energy, about 1 joule of energy for
every coulomb of charge that is
moved, which is the same as saying the
battery produces about 1 volt. This
voltage is related to the difference in
reactivity between the two metals you
are using, so if you change the metals
you will change the voltage.
11. All those stuff which were
stated above were the
science behind the
gleaming of a simple
LED….
