displacement

aggression scale.
Based on aggression scale :
https://arc.psych.wisc.edu/self-report/aggression-questionnaire-agq/
Review on the topic of global peace and
prosperity
• Current geopolitical state of the world.
• Stats about war and displaced person. (how many are there? Who
produces the most? Who accepted the most? What are the grey
areas –numbers not noted in the global scale assessment)
• Reasons why displaced people will always be a global responsibility?
(why do we have to help them?)
Concluded that countries which produces most refugees is:
• Syria 6.8 M
• Ukraine 6M
• Afghanistan 5.7
Most refugees hosted:
1. Turkey
(Syrian refugees 3.7M)
1. Germany
(Ukrainian refugees 875K+, Syrian refugees 665K+)
1. Pakistan
(afghanistan 1.5M)
United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. (n.d.). Refugee statistics. UNHCR.
https://www.unhcr.org/refugee-statistics/
Grey areas (Illegal immigrants)
What makes them illegal?
1. Illegal border crossing via shipping containers, smuggling trucks,
etc
2. Overstaying / expired visa (ukrainians in UK can stay 3 years)
3. Rejected asylum seeker (denied application)
(Failure to submit form)
(Tied to language barrier problem?)
Global responsibility
1. Humanitarian values
2. Diversify a country (many races / ethnicities / cultures)
3. Helps economy (taxes)
4. Increased workforce (more people = more workers specifically
physical)
