These are two front covers of ‘VIBE’
magazine which I'm concentrating on. The
first front cover page, the masthead is baby
pink on a white back ground and it got a
mid-shot picture of Janet Jackson which
covers bit of the mastheads this shows that
it’s a known magazine, in the picture she's
taking a picture and she’s smiling, the rest of
the writing is white, black, blue and baby
pink. The second front cover page, the
masthead is white on a plain blue
background with a black and white picture
of Rihanna famous singer and it’s a close up
of the face, the rest of the writing is black
and blue which really stands out. The colours
used in these two are white, black, blue and
pink which make the magazine look
feminine which would attract men as well.

3. These are two contents pages. The first one
has a dark background which shades into
lighter in the middle of the page with white
writing so it stands out and a picture of a
singer on the right side of the page standing
up its up to his knees, he got one hand in his
pocket and other holding a bag with a white
t-shirt with a denim shirt on top of it and a
coat with fur inside it. The second contents
page its got a dark background looks like a
stage curtain, and then a picture of Eminem
on the left side of the page looking quite
serious dressed in a suit which is unusual, the
writing is on the right side of the page and its
white and yellow which really stands out on
the dark background.

4. These are two double page spreads, first double page spread, the left side is black with a picture filling the
whole page and its of a singer wearing a hat and he got smoke coming out his mouth and his face
expression looks like he’s not bothered and chilled out and the right side is white with a title taking most of
the page and rest is the answer to the title. The second double page spread, on the left side the back
ground is white with a picture filling the whole page which is of ‘Lady GaGa’ feeling her breast which is
quite confident which shows her personality and on the right side the whole page is covered up with 3
columns filling the whole page with a bright red ‘L’ letter underneath the writing which really stand out.
