Eva Tsang worked as the project/account manager for a project between Dolby and Tymphany in China over two years. She scheduled meetings and drove the project to meet deadlines, handling stress and tense situations well to keep the project on track. She also assisted with arranging transportation for traveling engineers and managed their varying arrival and departure schedules without affecting the overall project. The project was completed on time and on budget, benefiting from Eva's management and driving of the project.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I have had the great pleasure of working with Eva Tsang (Business Account Manager) on
a professional level over the past two years. She was the project/account manager on one
of Dolby’s project that was being built by Tymphany in China. I was heavily involved
with the project and had the opportunity to work closely with Eva.
As a program/account manager, Eva was responsible for scheduling meetings and for
driving schedules to meet deadlines. She is very competent in the position, handled stress
and tense situations well, keeping the project on track.
I’ve also had the opportunity to observe Eva in many different professional interactions.
She is a kind and gentle person that is considerate and even-tempered. She operates from
a high moral and ethical standard and has always been candid and honest in our
discussions.
Over the two-year period, she assisted in getting our traveling engineers to/from the
Airport, Ferry or Trains to their hotels and then to/from the factory. I’ve challenged her a
few times with my changing travel schedule and she always had my transportation needs
taken care of. This is not an insignificant task as we’ve had 10+ people arriving and
departing at different times by different means and she successfully managed this without
affect the overall project.
I’ve attended social functions where Eva and her colleagues have been, and it is
immediately obvious that she is incredibly intelligent yet humble and can converse with
anyone while maintaining her great sense of humor. It is easy to see the attributes that
make her the consummate professional.
On a final note: The project was completed on time and on budget, much to the benefit
of having Eva as the manager and driver of the project.
