Testimonial for Sonja Siebens
Dear Sir or Madam
I have known Sonja for 20 years, initially when she worked for me as a Coordinator for the Belgium
Installation and Maintenance team of Air Products and then later on as she changed roles and assumed
increased responsibilities providing support to my European Team and Air Products Global Operations. Air
Products policy is for reference requests to go to the Human Resources department, who provide factual
information about employment dates etc. Therefore whilst I am still working at Air Products this letter is
written as my personal reference for Sonja Siebens.
Sonja is extremely flexible and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which have helped
her succeed in all the various team environments she has found herself over the years. I have found her to
be conscientious, extremely hard working, reliable and extremely supportive to the Operational teams and
individuals.
These attributes and her excellent language skills were used to great success as she became a key member
of the SAP implementation teams across Europe, Asian and Latin America, navigating the challenges the
cross functional nature of the company presented. This resulted in her becoming the Power User and
Subject Matter Expert for the Customer Service module once all the implementation phases had been
completed.
In summary, Sonja is a real asset.
