educational institution. Its history is an embodiment and a
continuation of centuries of cultural and educational
tradition of the Bulgarian people.
7. The National Library of the Republic of Bulgaria is
the largest library in the country and the oldest
cultural institution in the post-liberation of Bulgaria.
8. The building, which meets the National Assembly,
has historical significance and is a monument of
culture. It was built in 1884 – 1886.

building - building on the square "Alexander I" 1.
10. "St. Alexander Nevski" cathedral is an Orthodox church in Sofia, which
serves as the cathedral of the Bulgarian Patriarch.
The temple was declared a cultural monument in 1924. In the crypt
there is an exhibition of some of the most beautiful Bulgarian icons.
