On French Day, years 3-6 had various French-themed activities. They started with a French assembly about ordering food and making Ratatouille, where the student did the presentation on the computer. Next, they had a French quiz in their classrooms and searched the building for famous French brands. Their morning concluded with playing French games like snap. For lunch, they were served chicken, rice, and pancakes in French. After lunch, they played football.

French Day
On Wednesday 25th February years 3-6 had French day. To start the day we had a French
assembly (I did the computer)! It was about ordering food in French and it was also about
Ratatouille and what you needed to make it. The full name for Ratatouille is Ratatouille niçoise.
After that we went to our classrooms to do a French quiz. Then we went round the building and
found famous French brands. Then we went to break, after break we did a Grammar exercise in
English. Then we went to Spanish and watched a video to cover the lesson. Our Final part of the
morning was the French games we played snap and many other games. For lunch we had du
Poulet (Chicken), du Riz (Rice) and une Crêpe (Pancakes). After Lunch Break we had Football.
