- Challenges: Started as a parts clerk and was put in a middle management position for the service department within a few months of starting.
- I am available to my team 24/7, and have my emails forwarded to my cell phone when I am not in the office, so I am able to stay current with everything that happens in my department.
- I worked my way up from parts clerk to sales manager in a seven years. I am the youngest sales manager in a power sports business within my state.
