 Ringing Bells Private Limited is a company based in Noida
(India), registered on 16 September 2015.
 The company attracted attention when it announced the
Freedom 251, a 3G Smartphone, at a price of Rs. 251 (INR
251, after 20:00, on the 21st of February 2016, the price will
become Rs. 500+).
 That would make it the world's cheapest Smartphone. The
company claims that phones purchased now will be delivered
(at the additional cost of Rs. 40) by 30th June 2016.
