V10 to v11 Migrations
● Migrated 7 sites from v10 to v11.
● Patches broke as usual, ﬁxed and sent respective PRs.

Release and Deploy (as usual)
● 5 x 2 releases, lot of Json changes, last 2 releases took
almost 1 hr.
● 4 x 11 server deploy.

Issues
● Closed 30+ issues. Bhot paap dhoye.
● Many calls with L1 people for issue resolution.

Support Month
● Duplicate issues, 2x efforts.
● Implement smarter issue tagging.
● Start enforcing SLAs for internal Q&A.
● Some issues still unanswered or unattended since more than ⅔ weeks.

● Fetch Communication from Server via scheduler job.
● Set last sync time to every support issue after successful communication sync.
● Client Reply and Issue Closing from client side to server done using Frappe Client.
● Send request to sync communication when issue opened.
● Sync issue when opened if last sync is greater than 15 mins.
● Show “Couldn't connect to ERPNext Support. Please try again in sometime.“ If
connection can’t be established.
● Support Bot to “System Manager” to fetch Email Communications due to User
Permissions.
● Sync communications on Reply press.
