OUR CHALLENGE
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Systems team supports the entire regionalfinance organization
and services more than 20 countries in Europe, Middle East and South Africa for all Medtronic businesses.
The main focus is to maintain the infrastructure, and the processes, to enable the planning, reporting and
analysis of the financial P&L for the region. We are looking for a Junior Financial System Analyst to help
strengthen our team. An ambitious and disciplined individual to contribute to the team’s success by
providing excellence and accuracy in the execution, a good understanding of financial processes and the
agility to bridge the gap between finance and technology.

 Understand, communicate and explain the information reported in the different financial systems,
 Understand the financial closing, planning and reporting processes,
 Support the analysts community with their system issues,
 Partner with IT and Global Finance to work on recurring issues and participate to future

 Ability to create and maintain self-grown systems (tools and processes),
 Provide support to meet our internal obligations
YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Controlling and you are highly motivated in developing
your ‘technical’ skills
 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience,
 Very familiar with Excel, Access, and/or other data spreadsheet programs
 Affinity with computer applications and ‘tools’
 Committed to accuracy,
 Dynamic,
 Perfect command of English
 Eager to learn and develop
Is a plus:
 Knowledge in SAP and/or Business Intelligence (BI) applications
