                     Fountainhead School
Ankita Diwekar Kabra (Vice Principal & PYP Coordinator) :

Ankita is a Computer Science Engineer from Mumbai University. She worked with I-Flex
Solutions for an year before doing her Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from IIM
Ahmedabad. She also worked with Procter & Gamble for 8 months after IIMA before co-
founding Fountainhead Schools. She has a one-year training in the Steiner Method of
Education and has been in-charge of the Curriculum design and day-to-day operations at
Fountainheadl. She currently coordinates the curriculum design, implementation for the
early and primary years for the IB-PYP program. She also handles administrative
responsibilities including admissions, teacher training and resource management.




Parag K Shah (Chairperson) :
A diamantaire by profession, Parag is an Executive Director of K Girdharlal International
Pvt. Ltd., a leading diamond manufacturer and exporter of India since the last decade.
Parag has a strong passion and vision to bring high quality education to the city of Surat and
is the key catalyst for the first Fountainhead School to come up. He provides the overall
vision to the school and is passionate about infrastructure development and landscaping in
the school campus. He's responsible for the large number of trees & shrubs in the school
campus and is always looking for space and opportunity to plant more trees.




Vardan Kabra (Head of School) :
Vardan is a B.Tech & M.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Sciences from IIT
Bombay. After his Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, he co-
founded Fountainhead Schools with Ankita. He has led the operations in Surat for the last 6
years and he provides overall leadership to Fountainhead School Team. Vardan brings his
passion for innovative pedagogy, sports and arts to all Fountainhead stakeholders and is
responsible for the overall administration, the middle years program and the teacher
training program at Fountainhead.
