One of the first things visitors see when they come in:

Signs need something other than English text to orient people

The main hang out area could be friendlier

They serve sandwiches here  (ran out of funds for hot lunch).  Sandwiches are made at the Castle.
They could emphasize the color-department coding in a friendlier, more helpful way

Little niches could be transformed into something, possibly community related
Information should be enticing!
