SWAT Units
In order to counter organized personal, criminal or terrorist threats, training is designed to ensure highly advanced
operational capabilities; these include the ability to perform complex arrests, takeovers & interceptions, all under
complex circumstances. Specialist training & consulting is available for Tactical Response Units that provide rapid
response to criminal & terrorist threats, as well as in emergency situations. These special security units are trained to
respond to all manner of incidents involving: border patrol, airport & sea ports, energy facilities and the security of
sensitive infrastructure & other vital national assets.

SECURITY TRAINING
In all Security Training, Fortitude employs its own unique, multi-tier security concept, which integrates both covert
& overt security arrays. The objective is to ensure a highly effective & seamless security cordon for the protection of
the State, its leaders & its institutions. Fortitude’s security courses are oriented towards high-risk environments
where conventional security tactics are often ineffective. The programs are designed specifically to address: Cultural
understanding & language, security awareness, physical site protection, first response methods, firearms training,
medical response & casualty assessment, etc. Other areas covered include threat recognition & thwarting,
defensive action and rapid response.
Designed to cater to the entire scope of close protection – site security, surveillance & counter-intelligence – the
courses analyze past attempted and actual attacks, and simulate newly developed, proactive measures that have
proved effective in real-life incidents. The courses include:
Forming / enhancing Governmental Protection Forces, including the military, police, judiciary and the penal system.
The aim is to ensure a stable state and effective & credible services for the public at large. The formation or
enhancement of security forces includes Border Control - Maritime and Aviation - in order protect national strategic

INTELLIGENCE TRAINING
Based on over 25 years of Humint, Sigint, Visint & Osint intelligence experience, Fortitude offers a full-range
intelligence array services for the enhancement / setting of active intelligence arrays.These are capable of obtaining
information covertly by means of silent penetration, technological equipment and advanced visual & audio
recording for use against subversive entities / individuals. The courses cover all essential spheres of intelligence
gathering and are targeted at:
setting & enhancing intelligence collection, processing & dissemination capabilities – all to enable the creation of
an effective intelligence unit Organized crime networks & terrorist organization, interacting with other international
groups, as well as corrupt officials – are extremely difficult to penetrate. Without the use of covert intelligence to
disrupt & isolate such groups, it is almost impossible to place them under close scrutiny & pressure. This illustrates
the importance of highly trained human agents who, via their direct access to the centre of criminal groups, can

Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Valuable intelligence can be gathered from human sources and the objective of this
course is to guide clients through all the necessary steps for setting a HUMINT apparatus.
Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)Technologically assisted signal-reading methods are an essential element in intelligence
gathering. This course brings together all the necessary steps for the setting up of a technologically advanced
SIGINT apparatus.
Visual Intelligence (VISINT)
Valuable intelligence and a clearer picture may be gathered from technologically assisted visual intelligence

Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
