This document outlines a national service learning project proposal for a student named Fabian Andres Giraldo from the 9th grade of the Industrial Technical School Simona Duque in Marinilla, Antioquia, Colombia. The project aims to strengthen the student's work profile through the integration of technical measurement techniques over five months. It involves building a solar panel system to harness sunlight and make its operation accessible to observe how useful the technology can be for cleaning windows and other common goods. The project justification is that it allows people to see and learn about renewable energy technology for community benefit. It is expected to have municipal fair exposure and social, economic, and environmental impacts through problem recognition and facilitation of cleaning.
