We appreciate your honesty and willingness to bring this issue to our attention. As a company that values
inclusiveness and fairness, we must take these matters very seriously.
We have been devoted to providing a safe and comfortable work environment for all of our employees.
Mistreatment of any kind is unacceptable and we do not tolerate such behavior in our corporation. Our
company policies strictly prohibit any form of sexual assault or misuse of power.
In regards to the issue of the lack of breaks, we recognize that this is a basic necessity for everyone. Policies
are implemented that guarantees that our employees have access to restroom facilities, break rooms, and
conventional breaks at all times. We will investigate the claims you have made regarding the abuse to certify
that our policies are being properly followed.
We understand that there is always room for improvement and we welcome any suggestions or feedback to
create a more efficient environment for our employees. We will be reviewing our policies and leadership
positions to ensure that we are doing everything attainable to prevent any sort of maltreatment of our
employees.
