Dear Head of Sustainability,
I am reaching out to you and your company to bring to your attention some concerns of mine.
As a regular customer, it saddens me to have learned about the poor and unfair treatment
amongst your employees, especially in your warehouses. Your company is known for
inclusiveness, so I had hoped that your company would prioritize fairness amongst all. While I
do believe that you have created a somewhat respectful and safe workplace for your
employees, that has not been the case recently.
I hope that you are very aware of the abuses of power happening in your corporation.
Incidents such as sexual assault, lack of breaks, uncomfortable environments, harassment and
such. I understand that there are certain policies that are in place to prevent these types of
instances, but there is ample evidence of recurrence
The importance of these matters are held very high and I hold you to implement plans to
prevent such incidents. As a frequent customer, I believe it is crucial that I have voiced my
concerns for the sake of your employees. Your employees are real people going through these
traumatic events in the workplace and their mistreatment is unacceptable.
This demoralization to your company and your regular customers can be potentially harmful.
Changing these behaviors will lead to a more successful relationship between the company
and employees.
I hope you will take my concerns seriously and take charge to implement change to create a
safe and respectful work environment for all employees.
