ForceSelect is a specialist recruitment consultancy established in 2009 to help service leavers and veterans find civilian careers. It acquires PRS, a recruitment firm, in 2012. ForceSelect recruits for a broad range of roles and sectors, placing over 300 candidates annually. In addition to recruitment, ForceSelect also offers mentoring and operates a charity foundation.

specialist recruitment consultancy predominantly serving the Facility
Management, Building Services Maintenance, Social Housing,
Business Support Services and Administration sectors

ForceSelect recognised that re-training can and should be undertaken
prior to leaving the Armed Forces to ease the transition period for service
leavers
We arrange regular seminars before and during resettlement which
provide opportunities for clients and candidates to network and explore
