is “Rise and Whine.”

 You may wake up with pains, but that doesn’t mean you have to be one.
Be less complaining about your circumstances,.
 Before your feet hit the floor, be grateful for the fact that
you could see, hear, feel and eventually rise.
 Keep your negativity to yourself. When tempted to whine, just remember the
Swiss proverb: “Speech is silver; silence is golden.”

How to be POSITIVE!  For brighter day, choose to be positive  NEWS & RECORD  OPINION Saturday, November 27, 2010  The breakfast of champions is “Rise and Shine.” The unspoken motto of losers is “Rise and Whine.” .  You may wake up with pains, but that doesn’t mean you have to be one. Be less complaining about your circumstances,.  Before your feet hit the floor, be grateful for the fact that you could see, hear, feel and eventually rise.  Keep your negativity to yourself.
