14. Inspection of Materials (Non-Bulk Ingredients/Additives) The
Administrative Order No. 88-A s. 1984 of the Department of
Health can be the basis for the inspection of materials (Non-
Bulk ingredients). This is a regulatory guideline concerning
the use of Food Additives in all foodstuffs in the Philippines
whether manufactured locally or imported from other
countries
