Glasgow Gin is perfect for gin-led cocktails, invigorating with tonic and worthy of its Makar name – the Scots word for poet. Seven botanicals – lemon peel, black peppercorns,
coriander seeds, cassia bark, rosemary, angelica root and liquorice – are added to compliment the Juniper and help to make a classic refreshing gin.
Jodhpur Gin is made in England and uses botanicals including two types of European angelica, bitter almond, two different kinds of coriander, lemon and orange zest, anise, orris
root, and ginger along with the signature juniper. It is designed as a traditional London Dry style of gin, meaning a heavy juniper-forward flavor so treasured by Martini drinkers.
The gin is bottled at the Catalan Beveland Distillery.

Our signature gin, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour. Fresh floral and
clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Refreshingly individual, intricately
realised gin in 43% ABV. Recommended serve is with a generous handful of ice, a dash of tonic, and a twist of orange peel to garnish.

5. BOTTEGA BACÛR GIN 40% ABV | 50cl
Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals used to produce it.
Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon zest are left to macerate in a solution of water and alcohol for a long time; after that, double distillation takes place, clearing the liquid
from possible unwanted hints and leading to an elegant distillate with a fine, clean bouquet.

6. KAPRIOL DRY GIN 41,7% ABV | 50cl
Kapriol Gin is a handmade distilled spirit with a long history. It’s been produced since 1948. Kapriol Dry Gin’s recipe contains 15 botanical herbs.
Among them: Hops, Oregano and Bay leaves which are distilled using the ancient technique of cold distillation.
Angelica, Chamomile, Rosemary and Rosehip are added. Kapriol only uses herbs that grow in the Alps - this means there are also no citrus fruits added.
