There is a clear storyline, which is easily
established form the way the opening
sequence is presented.
The protagonists dual personality is
shown in a creative and how it is first
established isn’t too dramatic or too time
consuming.

No handwritten credits (an initial idea
from looking at the story boards.)
Fully introduce the boyfriend or don’t
introduce him at all, otherwise he is
too mysterious (after looking at the
story boards.)

4. DO YOU LIKE THE CONCEPT OF
OUR OPENING SEQUENCE?
The idea of the mysterious boyfriend is
good, keeps the audience entertained. It
will also make them want to continue
watching the film as they will want to
know what is going to happen.

5. DO YOU LIKE THE CHOICE OF
CHARACTERS?
They are relatable and even though there are some
stereotypical elements about them, I still feel like they will
be enjoyable to watch.
The fact that she is an only child is good as it really
highlights her character.
The fact that she is a regular teenage girl is also good as it
helps the audience relate to her more.
The fact that the mother and boyfriend were introduced is
a good idea as they are going to be the two main conflicts
within the film. This is shown through how different Luna
acts around them.

For this opening sequence indie rock
or acoustic music will be the best
choice. This is because she isn’t doing
anything too exciting and will relate
to the narrative.
