5. Waterfalls remind me of
Flow. The soothing sound
of the water and its beauty
can take you to a relaxing
place. You can just loose
yourself in the moment.

6. As I focus on my water color painting
I have flow. Within my mind there is no
one in the room with me. Only me, water
color, brushes and my imagination.
Not to forget the right music which
puts to me in a deeper train of thought
and even more relaxed. It gave me the
ability to create and think more clearly.
Because when I have flow I can use
my inner resources to figure out my
answers to the questions and come up
with my own questions to be researched.

Is something or someone interrupts my
flow I will change whatever I need with
my surroundings to get back to
achieving flow. Because with flow I am
relaxed and not stressed for then I
have accomplished happiness.

energy. When we focus our attention on a
consciously chosen goal, our psychic energy
literally “flows” in the direction of that goal,
resulting in a re-ordering and harmony within
