This flow chart outlines the job posting and application process for an employer. The employer logs in with their user ID and password, then can post a new job by entering required details like experience, skills, deadline, and description. The job posting is stored in a database. The employer can then view and shortlist applicants from the list of jobseekers and store those shortlisted candidates in the database.
