to twogroups,thentake those answers.
c. Valuesinthe workplace?How doyouprove them, andhow do you doit withoutbeing
overthe top? Activity:listthe valuesthatyouwanttohave in the workforce,and which
oneswouldyoulike tokeepover30+ years inthe workforce? (10 min) – Maybe groups
of three.
d. Pairoff and speakaboutdevelopment.i.e.“Thissummer,IthinkthatI gotbetterat
speakingtopeople.AmIgoodat speakingtopeople?ShouldIimprove uponit?How
can I do that?” Thiswill give usa chance to have tailoredadvice towardseachother,
rather thanthe blanketstatementsthatsay“try to improve somethingandsee howit
