1. What's causing the issue? Name & Date:

                                                           Finding New Ways……

                                         Purpose of the process:
Sometimes to fix a problem or issue, we need to look at
at it from a different point of view.
Choose an important issue you hope to improve or fix.
The issue can be from any topic you choose, such as
work processes, equipment, work itself, resources
                                  ions change, etc.…
                                         For example:
                                         1. I want to resolve a resources problem.
                                         2. I want to improve onsite communications.

Clearly write down the issue you decided to focus on
below, (a MUST!). Randomly or openly select three
cards and work in order according to the three
                                         questions:

2. What is the ideal situation?
                                                                  Issue:

                                              Once you're finished …
Is the issue you chose still relevant for you?

 If your answer is Yes – Great!
Write down your main insight from the
process on this chart and then write three
actions expressing your insight that can help
bring you closer to achieving your goal
We recommend the following 3 actions:

                                                      1. One for the next 24 hours:

                                                      2. The second for the upcoming week:

3. What can I/we do to fix the issue? 3. The third for the upcoming month:

 If your answer is No – Great!
Choose a new issue and start from the
                                                      beginning …

                                                                             www.ecue.com.au
