Orbit-R provides improved accessibility for clients, easier navigation between windows, stronger controls like audit trails and user access management. It also offers a more robust credit management module and flexible workflow configurations. Since implementing Orbit-R, FINCA Nigeria has seen faster end-of-day processing times of less than 1.15 hours, improved system uptime even during power outages, and a more intuitive user interface.
