The document outlines the process for a competition with 60 initial participants divided into 4 groups. Each group will discuss and post opinions for 2 weeks, after which the top 2 performers from each group will advance to the presentation round. The 8 finalists will then present their proposals, which will be open for public voting for 2 days. Finally, the top 3 vote getters will present to a panel who will select the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

1. Task List
1. We divided the 60 qualified participants into 4 groups, namely A, B, C and
D.
2. Each group members are allowed to post at maximum 5 post and are
allowed to get reply only from his group member or reply his group
member in a week.
3. The Reviewers will post his/her review under each submitted opinions, and
participants are supposed to provide the answer back.
4. After two weeks discussion the top 4 of each group will be selected. And
then, the top two of each group will qualify to presentation/webinar round.
5. A webinar will be organized and will let each 8 finalists to present his/her
final presentation, and then, all 8-finalist proposal we be posted to degree
for open selection.
6. Every one can vote (one person one vote=5 points) to a candidate for
period of two days, and then, the final top three will be selected for prize.
7. The top three will present their proposal to the panel of examiners and
reviewers, and the top scores will be selected as first, second and third
winners respectively.
Rule
1. In first two weeks- Top 60, only 60 qualified candidates are allowed to post
and allowed to get replied or he/she can reply to her/his group members.
2. In final top 8 finalist. All people around the world can vote BUT a vote can
be counted from one ID one time.
3. In final , top 3, the judges and reviewer can select the first, second and third
winners. ( in live streaming scoring format).
