My style of work is influenced by my professional consultancy knowledge of the slovak
business market principles, corporate environment and also FOB functioning. In combination
with my compasionate and therapeutical soft-skills ability to „touch deeply“ and see the
scope from above, I provide my client with the encounter of their transformation processes.
I personally put strong emphasis on the life-long professional education and personal
improwement.

congruency regarding relationships, communication style and life approach.

2. EXPERIENCE
Currently, I have more than 13 years of professional experience in the area of management
consulting. From the beginning of my professional carrier I have been primarily focused on
in-depth evaluation interviews and leading complex management appraisal and potential
analysis projects, and executive coaching in a variety of industries in Slovakia and the CEE
region.
In addition, I participated in numerous Executive Search projects and placed a broad range of
management and highly specialized positions, especially in the Energy & Utility,
Communication, Consumer, IT/Telecom and Life Sciences sectors.
In 2015 I have founded company Nina Menkynova, s.r.o., which is delivering soft-skills
trainings and executive coaching projects.
I also work therapeutically with individual clients with orientation on relationships issues,
conflict facilitation and guidance through their personal transformation processes.

 University degree in Psychology.
 Since 2012, participation in a long-term international psychotherapeutic training of
Process oriented psychology (POP) certified by the Slovak Psychotherapeutic Association
and the POP Institute in Portland and Zürich.
 Continuous enhancement of professional experience by multiple psychotherapeutic
trainings of POP therapy and family constellations by Bert Hellinger and Virginie Satir.
 Certification in administration and interpreting the HOGAN psycho-diagnostic tests.
 Certification by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Couch oriented on
Integrative Coaching approach.
