This document describes a final year project to develop an online quiz system. The system would allow students to take quizzes from anywhere in the world and receive automatically graded results. It would use a rule-based algorithm to grade short answer questions based on keywords. The system aims to replace a manual paper-based quiz process and increase efficiency through automated grading and reporting. It presents use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, an entity relationship diagram and screenshots of a prototype system to manage students, lectures, quizzes and display results.
