It includes ratings of Red (no experience), Amber (some experience), or Green (confident/advanced) for various skills within categories of Camera Skills, Editing Skills, Sound Skills, Lighting Skills, and Web-based Skills. Evidence in the form of past work is provided to support each skills rating.
