This document summarizes a dissertation report on employee engagement at ITC-ILTD Division. It defines employee engagement as the relationship between an organization and its employees. The objectives are to determine engagement levels and link them to demographic profiles. Research methodology included a descriptive study using primary company data and secondary data on employee perceptions and strategies. A questionnaire was used to survey a sample of 30 supervisors and above. Analysis found little difference in engagement across age, gender, department or designation. The conclusion is that ITC's work culture meets employee needs and creates engaged workers proud to represent the organization.
