(MDP) is an entry level position that trains recent
graduates to become supervisors in Sales,
Customer Service, Claims or Auto Damage. The
program's goal is to have its participants ready to
supervise a team of their own after completing the
program, with the opportunity to move into a
higher level managerial position. The starting
salary varies from $40,000 - $54,000/year.
Some qualifications include: a GPA of 3.0,
leadership experience, and effective written and
verbal communication.

GEICO's Management Development Program (MDP) is an entry level
position that trains recent graduates to become supervisors in
Sales, Customer Service, Claims or Auto Damage. The program's
goal is to have its participants ready to lead a team of their own
after completing the program, with the opportunity to advance into
