expanded its activities and opened

Seoul. With their internal growth
going faster than expected, both in
terms of staff and office locations,
it became more and more clear that
they needed a centralized CRM
system to better manage their contacts, customers, events and overall
projects. They chose Travi@ta and
Microsoft Dynamics CRM to achieve
that goal for their user-base spread
around 4 different locations. The
project started in December 2012
and is due to go live at the end of Q1
2013.
