2. Things that went well:
Arriving at and departing the location with the filming
equipment safely.
The contribution of ideas e.g. Shot types.
Setting up the equipment in the location with many
people around.
Filming in a public place without causing disruption
to people.
Producing good and effective shots overall.
Being able to produce enough shots in one whole
day of filming.
Listening to each other’s new ideas.
Being careful not to make mistakes.
3. Things that didn’t go well:
Some shots were disrupted unintentionally by
members of the public passing by.
Some shots were unfocused.
The video camera ran out of battery, so one
person from our group had to return to college an
collect another one, whilst the rest of the group
had to wait- resulting in less filming time.
4. Filming at King’s place
Due to the fact that we were, filming in a public
place and a place which people work, we had to
be specifically careful, not to disrupt individuals
around us, particularly with the equipment.
The location also had a canal and busy road
nearby, in which we particularly had to be cautious
with the equipment, when actually filming on these
grounds.
We were also all required to sign a form when we
arrived and before we filmed.
5. Filming at King’s Place
Overall the location was very easy to find and not
too far from college in case of any set backs.
The staff were also very generous and
understanding- allowing us to shoot effective shots
in different settings of the location.
