Mrs. Roslyn Stulga is the art teacher for Park Elementary and Barrett Elementary schools in the Steel Valley School District. She observed grades 1-5 in small art rooms at each school. At Park Elementary, Mrs. Stulga uses hard copy lesson plans and makes the art room fun and inviting by displaying students' artwork and keeping supplies organized and labeled. She ensures she spends time with each student, especially those with special needs.
