Erica is simply amazing. She helped us pick the perfect piano for our
family based on her ears and eyes, and she is a wonderful resource for
piano teachers in the area. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pianos
and piano playing given her background. She delivers truly personalized
service. Highly recommended!

Erica is the best! Great people. You get a lot of informations even if you
are not buying from them. Very honest, wiling to work with you in a fun
way. My daughter got a free piano lesson while we were there. This place

Faust Harrison in Fairfield has a broad selection of different brands and
styles of new and used pianos on site. We were upgrading from an upright
to a grand, and Erica was very helpful and patient as we went through a
compare-and-contrast process to find the right piano for our family. It was
also an education for us, and we appreciated that Erica made sure that we
had the information we needed to make an informed decision. With Erica’s
help, we were pretty sure which piano we preferred after our first visit, but
we appreciated that there was no pressure while we took our time to do
our homework before making our final decision. Erica was a value-add to

are looking for in a piano, we would highly recommend visiting Erica at

I had been looking for a piano for 2 years when I visited Faust Harrison
Pianos in December of 2015. I wanted a piano that would speak to me, but
also one I would be able to afford. I met Erica Feidner in the showroom;
she listened to me speak about the piano I was looking for, and then sat
me down at a few grand pianos, used and new. She led me from one
piano to the next, and seemed to already know how I would react to each
piano, simply based on our previous conversation. When she allowed me
time to explore on my own, Erica also suggested that I try one of their
hand-made new Bechstein uprights. There was something special about
that upright, she said, and I may like it. And she was so right! There was
something very special about this piano, which had not only a beautiful
sound, but also a fantastic touch. My family and I are very happy with this
piano, and wish to thank Erica for helping us find it. I believe she has a
special gift finding the right piano for her customers! I also wish to thank
Sarah Faust and Amadae for their effort, and the technicians, whom I have
not met, but who tuned the piano and prepared it for delivery to our home.
When, after almost 3 months since the piano arrived into our home, I had it
tuned, the tuner was very impressed with our piano. He was impressed not
only with the great craftsmanship of Bechstein, but also the superior
professionalism of Faust Harrison dealership, who spent much time
working on our upright to get it ready for us. So much of his work, he said,
was made easy in this way. Thank you again!

Having Erica help us choose a piano was a truly enjoyable and memorable
experience! Our family loves our new piano - it feels like the right one for
our family, thanks to Erica. I know she's worked with world class pianists,
music schools, and famous individuals, but she also understands the

A pianist has many needs but there are at least three necessities they
can’t do without: a copious amount of free time in which to hone his or her
skills, inspiration to continue practicing a very lonely activity in increasingly
difficult times for the arts, and last but not least, a great instrument. The
first item you may have to supply on your own but for the other two, luckily,
there is Erica vanderLinde Feidner who now manages Faust Harrison
Pianos of Fairfield together with her assistant Amadae Javier. I happened
to stop by for a routine visit to talk mundane business; instead, I walked
out with my dream piano reserved and waiting to be picked up and with a
renewed love for music such as I hadn’t experienced in a while. I have only
Erica to thank for both. She unsparingly shared her knowledgeable advice,
precious time, and finely attuned ears to both our conversation and my
playing. She was kind enough to let me try out practically all the
instruments displayed in the two-floor showroom and when I lingered over
one in particular, after I finished playing, she simply said, “This is the one.”
After complaining for the last two years of not being able to find just the
right piano for my Scriabin project, whether it was a practice piano or
among the ones provided in the concert halls, it was finally a relief to hear
her say that and to sense, unreservedly, that she was right. I’d found it, at
last. In my home town, of all places.
It is one thing to perform on a Steinway and sound good but it’s quite rare

4. to feel utterly inspired just through the mere circumstance that someone
special is listening. Erica clearly knew how to appreciate what I do as a
musician and didn’t hold back her praise. It is after all for such a receptive
audience that we spend so much time working on perfecting our art as
musicians, and it’s their ability to perceive what we are actually aiming for
that spikes and maintains our motivation to do better. And Erica is a fine
musician with an impressive performance and teaching background, and
now a warm and intuitive salesperson who knows, from just a few words,
exactly what you are looking for. She is an undisputed expert in her field,
(just read her bio and the extensive story about her in the New Yorker), but
best of all, she loves what she does. She told me as much herself, several
times during our meeting, but it was so obvious from just the way she
walked into her showroom, smiling from ear to ear, greeting me with
enthusiasm and joy.
There are some events that occur occasionally that change you, just a little
bit, in all the important places. It’s been a wonderful week of practicing
since meeting Erica. The inspiration level is through the roof and I can’t
wait to welcome my new instrument to my home, so perfect for the music I
am performing, hand-picked by Erica herself. I play with a different attitude
now, preparing for a new level of musicianship. But here is the gist of my
review: If you need a great instrument, visit Faust Harrison Pianos of
Fairfield and ask to see Erica. She’ll find the perfect instrument for you and
your budget, even if there is a small wait involved. If you just need a
reminder as to why you are bothering with all the practicing and the
exhausting swim against a very strong current at times, go do the same.
Talk to her, play a bit. You’ll walk out a different person and pianist.
Guaranteed.

Our visit to the showroom proved to be perfect timing. Erica had come in
sick, just to pick up a few things, a few minutes after we walked in . She
was so generous with her time and expertise. She kept saying, "I'm not

5. here!", all the while providing great service and expert opinions. Amadea
was so helpful making sure that we were next in line if the original buyer
decided on another piano. Things turned out well and we were fortunate
enough to purchase the exact piano we were looking for. Timing is
everything in life and on that Tuesday ours was perfect. Thanks so much.

I walked into Faust Harrison Pianos in Fairfield last November and met
Erica. I told her what I was looking for in a new piano - the sound, the
touch, the size, and the type of music I play. She led me to a piano
upstairs and asked me to play it. I couldn't believe how it had everything I
wanted! I played other pianos there, and kept going back to that piano. I
couldn't believe I would buy the first piano I tried, but there was no doubt
that this was the one - a Hoffmann T161. I had it in my house 1 week later.
I am loving this piano. It continues to grow on me, the more I play. I have
pulled out so much of my music, to experience the new sound/feeling
when I play it on this wonderful instrument. Erica truly has a talent in
guiding a person to the right piano.

Erica has definitely won another "satisfied customer." My "new-to-me"
Boston baby grand fits my needs, space,and budget exactly. Already I
sense that this will be more than just a piano. It's going to be a gathering
point for people who love to make music together. The "shopping" process
was fun, not stressful, as I felt from the start that this was someone truly
vested in helping me make the right choice.

6. We were first time piano buyers and neither my husband nor I played
piano. We needed a piano for our son who was starting piano and hoped
we would learn to play piano a little bit, too. We weren’t sure if we should
rent or buy. We read a library book on piano renting and buying and talked
to our son’s instructor for recommendations. We visited four other dealers
in the area and found them vastly different.
Erica stood out on a number of levels. She had the best service, played
piano brilliantly, had taught piano and has innovative approaches to
learning piano. She really could analyze what we needed. She had the
most transparent pricing, putting everything in writing and clearly listing
pricing on the pianos. When I mentioned the library book was a little
outdated, Erica was kind enough to recommend a related website. She
took the time to find out about our interests and objectives and advised us
accordingly. With her guidance, we could hear and feel the differences
between the pianos she had in the showroom. She enthusiastically
accommodated our five year old twins when we visited the showroom,
teaching them a few basic piano techniques and giving them a headset so
they could hear and play the hybrid while we talked.
Erica knows how to create a win-win between customers and her
business. She takes pride in her reputation and treats her customers
accordingly. Her passion and genuine dedication shine through. I felt
comfortable purchasing from her, knowing that if there were a problem,
she would do her best to fix it. And more optimistically, if our family
improves our piano playing and play room reverts back to a living room, we
feel that Erica will be there to guide us to the next piano.
It’s been almost a year since our purchase and we still feel that we made
the best choice for our situation. Our son loves the record feature and we
like the no maintenance. and dual headsets He will be playing at Carnegie
Hall through the Suzuki School in May.

If you are in the market for a piano and want to work with an extremely
knowledgeable and customer service oriented professional, then you
MUST go to Faust Harrison Piano in Fairfield. Erica Feidner, sales
manager, is all that and more! I contacted Faust Harrison after reading
fantastic reviews on-line. My decision to call Faust Harrison was the best
thing I did in our search for a grand piano for our kids. We visited the
showroom and met Erica in person. She gave us her undivided attention
and worked closely with the kids. They played on different pianos in the
showroom, and gave Erica their feedback. This coupled with her extensive
background on all things piano, Erica was able to find the perfect grand
piano for us. We are so happy to have met the "Matchmaker", as Erica is
known in the industry. There was never any pressure to buy. The kids
LOVE the sound and feel of their grand piano, and practice on it daily for
several hours a day! We are lucky to hear the beautiful music that fills our
home each day. Amadae, Erica's assistant, was also very professional and
handled all of the logistics smoothly. We cannot thank you enough for
making our piano buying such a wonderful experience!_ We highly
recommend them!_

Before buying a piano, make sure you talk to Erica. Very quickly, she will
assess your needs and recommend the piano of your dreams. And this is
real. I am a living proof of that. I bought two pianos from her, an upright
and a grand. I even bought a house to put the grand. Both pianos are
performing amazingly. Finally, do not believe that all pianos are the same.
It's simply not true. You need to find the right piano for you. The piano of
your dreams will bring you so much joy. Good luck.

After a piano tuner confirmed my old Wurlitzer spinet was beyond repair, I
started searching for a used piano. I considered a keyboard, and believe
me, Erica can show you some outstanding digital pianos; but I was certain
I wanted an instrument that would enable me to study again and become
proficient. I consulted a company in North Branford, CT and did not get a
good feeling. The reviews were not good, and not surprisingly, the
company is now out of business. Someone told me to look at Craig's list,
but I wanted someone to consult, someone who knew pianos, someone
who understood I was a novice pianist with a limited budget. I found that
person in Erica Feidner. After one phone conversation, she indeed was the
"matchmaker." My husband and I were warmly greeted, introduced to the
staff and after more conversation and her undivided attention, she
introduced me to the Yamaha P22 that will be delivered this week. Her
assistant Amadae was also delightful to work with and helped to arrange
the delivery and removal of my old piano. I feel very fortunate to have met
Erica and Amadae. You will not be disappointed by anyone at Faust
Harrison.

questions.
Erica then called me to discuss my piano needs, listened to me, heard

My experience with Erica and her assistant Amadae at the Fairfield Ct
location was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a piano dealer. I
took 13 years of piano lessons while growing up and I wanted to get back
into playing again and have been on the lookout for a new/used piano for
the past few months. Faust Harrison delivers an environment that is
extremely professional yet very personable. Whether you are in the market
for a starter piano or a $100k Steinway Erica will find the piano that is right
for you and your budget. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and

10. We went into Faust and Harrison Pianos this week. I can't even believe
that I almost went someplace else. Erica is amazing!!! I couldn't imagine
buying from any other person after our experience with her. Not only did

Erica is a magician! She connected me to my piano and i think she actually
used a magic wand. Actually, it took about 1/2 hour, testing 5-10 uprights
