An analysis of the organizational structure, human resource management functions and different aspect of its operations showed that GWF would remain profitable and improve performance expectations if it continues to adhere to its core values and resolve the potential problems from the weaknesses in its business model.

As a reputable insurance firm that opened launched its American operations in 1906 in North Dakota as GWL&A Incorporated, it has evolved through excellent management structure, utilization of information technology and emphasis on training and development of its workforce to meet the ever-changing business environment and consumer preference.
