This document presents a case study on the management of a giant aneurysmal bone cyst in the distal femur of a 9-year-old obese child, highlighting the surgical reconstruction using a long tibial autograft. Following a complete resection of the cyst and meticulous reconstruction, the patient experienced successful long-term outcomes with a well-formed femur and regenerated graft site after 13 years of follow-up. The study emphasizes the viable use of tibial autografts in skeletally immature patients when addressing large bone defects.
