LESSON PLAN<br />Room: ICT Room<br />Objective(s): At the end of the lesson pupils should be able to:<br />Present their posters in front of the class using Glogster.com in groups of 4.<br />Perform their songs with lyrics about electricity in front of the class in groups.<br />TimeTopicContentPresentationTeaching AidsExercises8.00 am – 9.30 amUnit 4: Electricity –Using electricity safelySet induction ( 5 min)The teacher will explain what the students will do for today’s lesson. It will be a presentation of posters and songs. The students will be given a piece of feedback paper for both presentations.Computers (for teacher  and students use), Overhead projector, Videos.Refer toWordpress> Lesson 16>Poster.Developmental stagesStep 1 (25 min)Each group will be given 5 minutes to present their posters. The students need to explain what they have done and why they choose to make that kind of posters.Every after presentation, feedback will be given (teachers and students’ feedback).Step 2 (25 min)Students will present their songs. Every after performance will be given feedback.After all groups perform, they need to upload their lyrics in the Electricity Year 3 Wordpress.Questions:Is it safe if we touch the plug with wet hand?Is switching on the light for the whole day can save electricity? Why?Closure (5 min)Q&A session about the whole topic of using electricity safely.Teacher will ask the students to download the questions for upcoming fieldtrip in Electricity Year 3 Wordpress.<br />
