This document outlines an internship project to develop a video training log platform on the Campus HUB for Fresh & Easy associates. The project aims to more effectively train associates on standard operating procedures. It will start by creating training videos for low-risk food preparation tasks. This is expected to significantly reduce total training time and costs while improving associate performance. The sponsor and mentor are named and key steps are outlined, including creating training documentation and videos, validating the platform, and evaluating the results.
