Each Reserve Agent will have the ability to run their business out of
the district office free of charge.
Although the hiring of a licensed customer service representative
(CSR) and acquiring an office lease are not required to become
a Career Agent, both are highly recommended within your first 3
months as a Career Agent.

attorneys and estate planner on retainer for the use of our agents
at any time. The agent places a phone call whenever necessary
and receives current up-to-date advice.

policyholders in the state that would receive an auto insurance
premium discount if they acquire their life insurance through
Farmers.
10. The University of Farmers for Career Agents curriculum
was created to assist our agents with the business skills needed
to develop long-term goals and plans for the future growth of
your agency. Successful business owners do not reach their
ultimate objectives without creating a road map to get there.
The University of Farmers will assist you in developing that road
map.
