Chef Budd Cohen from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine will give a talk at the Spring City Public Library on April 15th from 6:30pm about purchasing and preparing local foods during the cooler months. The event will include a lecture, cooking demonstration, food samples, and local wine. Tickets cost $10 each and space is limited.
