The Spring City Public Library is hosting an event called "Farm 2 Table at Home" on July 23rd from 4:00-6:00pm. Chef Budd Cohen from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine will give a lecture and cooking demonstration about purchasing and preparing local foods from area farms. Attendees can sample the foods cooked and local wines. Tickets are $10 each and space is limited.
