Los datos de demografía empresarial en 2015 siguen la misma tendencia observada en 2014: los datos de mortandad empresarial y la inversión en la creación de empresas mejora, mientras el número de sociedades creadas se estanca.
La creación de sociedades disminuye en 2015, lo que pone fin a 5 años de
aumentos consecutivos. Se crearon
94.439 sociedades en 2015, un
0,39% menos que el año pasado.
Las constituciones se concentran en
Madrid (21% del total), Cataluña
(19,85%) y Andalucía (16,77%). Las
actividades más representadas son:
Comercio (20,19%), Construcción y
Actividades Inmobiliarias (17,14%)
y Servicios Empresariales (12,71%).
Las constitución de estas 94.439
sociedades ha supuesto la nominación de
96.620 puestos de administradores que
corresponden en el 23,28% de los casos
a mujeres y al 72,05% a hombres.
Estudio de Concursos y Disoluciones en AgostoINFORMA D&B
En agosto se registran 233 Concursos, la cifra más baja desde hace un año y que representa el tercer mes consecutivo de descenso. Sin embargo se sitúa un 15,35% por encima de la cifra de agosto de 2015 y pone fin a 23 meses consecutivos de disminución en la comparativa interanual.
En los primeros ocho meses del año, los concursos alcanzan la cifra de 2.897, un 19,64% menos respecto a los 3.605 procesos concursales registrados el año pasado durante el mismo periodo. Seguimos por lo tanto la tendencia de disminución de declaración de Concursos observada desde 2014 aunque no podemos olvidar que esta disminución se puede explicar también por un incremento de procesos de pre-concursos y de acuerdos extra judiciales.

En abril y durante el primer cuatrimestre, los datos de ceses oficiales de empresas evolucionan
de manera divergente: mientras los concursos siguen una tendencia a la baja con un disminución
de 24,63% en abril y de 21,64% en el acumulado, las disoluciones aumentan de 1,78% en abril
y en 4,20% en lo que va de año. Como lo hemos señalado en estudios anteriores, la disminución
de los Concursos puede en parte explicarse por el incremento de procesos de pre-concursos y
de acuerdos extra judiciales que no figuran en las estadísticas concursales.
El número de empresas que se han declarado en concurso en abril asciende a 355, que
representa la cifra más baja del año y el segundo mes consecutivo de descenso. Los 355
concursos declarados en abril representan una disminución del 7,55 % respecto a marzo y del
24,63% respecto al mismo periodo del año pasado. Durante este primer cuatrimestre, 1.572
empresas han entrado en concursos, lo que supone una bajada de 21,64% respecto al año
pasado.

Camp Kitchigami is a summer Day Camp program for kids ages 4-14.
Surrounded by towering pines, a creek perfect for exploring, a large field for
games and countless hiking trails with stunning waterfalls, outdoor
recreation at Camp Kitchigami is unlimited! Volunteers are needed to assist
counselors with their camper group, set-up & take down of activities and
assisting counselors with traditional camp activities (such as archery,
canoeing/kayaking, fishing, hiking, art, nature activities and field games).

8. Duluth Family YMCA
Miracle League Buddy
The Miracle League is a program that provides youth ages 4-19 with diverse
abilities, an opportunity to play baseball as a team member in an organized
league. The Miracle League believes “Every Child Deserves a Chance to
Play Baseball.” We’re looking for volunteers to serve as buddies for the kids
in the program. Buddies assist Miracle League players so it could be
anything from helping them at bat, get from base to base or even just
cheering them on. Minimum age to volunteer is 8 (youth ages 8-12 must
have an adult present).
Schedule: Saturday mornings at 10am (June-August)
Location: Miracle League Field (located near the Harrison Community
Center in West Duluth)
